Knitting for robots

I'm about to begin a special request project. I'll be machine knitting for a machine. A robot. Really!

I can't give the details right now, because it's going to be a surprise for the robot's programmer? tamer? human friend? (What is the politically correct term here?) I assume it will be a surprise for the robot too! ;)

In the meantime I'll leave you with a robot video I created earlier (for The Silicon Soul Show, 2006). Disclaimer:  I will not be knitting for any of the robots featured in this video.
